"Very professional and knowledgeable, polite Family Court Referee who can send a parent down a spiral that can lead to the loss of a child. Consistently fails to follow the basic rule of civil procedure that requires written applications on notice for orders entered and relief granted. Appears to truly care about the safety and development of children, but can be fooled by a glib parent who knows of her weakness for kids into entering orders that may be based upon fabricated, orally delivered facts not subject to advance, written challenge by the opposing parent. These orders then become an opportunity for the defrauding parent to violate the opponent for failing to follow that order.
