Alexander Devine

Alexander Devine is a New York–based attorney with extensive international experience in business law, investment management, and financial regulation. Earlier in his career, he practiced at an international law firm, advising global clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and complex financing structures. He later served as General Counsel for a major international bank, overseeing investment and consumer operations, compliance, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. Licensed by FINRA, he has also provided financial advisory services at a leading securities brokerage firm in Washington, D.C. Leveraging his deep understanding of tax planning and contract law, Mr. Devine leads the business practice at National Capital Legal Services and handles bankruptcy cases for individuals and businesses.
