After I paid my $5k retainer, I asked him to file the motion. He told me he would file the motion when he gets another $1750. This was only 3 months in and t...wo hearings. I had at least $4500 left of my retainer. It Turns out he never kept track of billing because this was not the only time. I asked him for an itemized bill with dates, and he never gave it to me. Over a year later, I do not have it. Not only that, but his paralegal gave me a bill for over $10k and CHARGED ME FOR APPEARANCES; MY OTHER LAWYER MADE 7, to be exact. She rounded all the 15 min hearings (including the ones he did not attend) to 1 hour each. I have been overcharged thousands on a made-up bill; nothing was filed, he was incredibly nasty and condescending (proven by recordings), canceled on me for 23 straight business days. this person is either a theif and or incredibly incompetent and truly a poor excuse of a lawyer Don’t hire him. with me he communicated often but didnt do anything for my case. moreover he routinely lied to me and the blamed the pandemic for lac of response on a legal issue for ultimately a modest s...um. I cannot stress how serious i am when i say under no condition do any business with this person.
