He told me everything I needed to know to be aware of everything that may come up at a closing. I don’t even know where to begin with how wonderful it was working with Elias. I’m a first time home buyer and his patience with me was wonderful. He took the time to walk me through everything while hustling to get things done for my new place at the same time. He was kind to my mother and would che...ck in regularly during this process to make sure we were ok and that we knew what was going on, explaining any sort of confusion we might have. Elias is top notch and absolutely someone you want on your side during the crazy process of purchasing a home. I can’t thank him enough!

Elias came highly recommended from my buying agent and I was initially excited to work with him. I looked him up online and noticed that he had mostly positive reviews from his clients. I was unpleasantly surprised when during a consultation today he made rude, unprofessional and nasty remarks about ...my budget and criteria. There is always a polite way of talking to somebody. Elias’s comments were classist and very immature. I am writing this review with the hope that if he sees this, he considers approaching his work and clientele with more empathy, compassion and understanding. It doesn’t matter how good your work is, if you leave somebody feeling unsafe and disregarded.
