Anthony was our lawyer that assisted us in the sell of our coop and the purchase of our townhouse. It was a very complexed deal. Anthony was amazing. He answered my 100 emails and also cc me on all the communications btw way to many lawyers. In the end.... The other lawyers refused to come to the... closing due to the virus. Anthony ended up doing all their work without pay in order for me not to become homeless! He literally walked the checks to the various banks and deposited them! That's never heard of. His fee is a flat rate depending on the project and there were no hidden fees. Next, he will be handling my will and trusts! Thank you Anthony!

I had the great privilege of being introduced to Mr. Marciano from (Mr. Montell) my former attorney who passed away several years ago. Ever since then, I have engaged Mr. Marciano in all of my real estate dealings with some of them being complex ones. Mr. Marciano handled all of my business dealings... in a professional, trust worthy and expeditiously manner. No question, Mr. Marciano has what it takes to make your real estate deals come true.

I hired Mr. Marciano to do a property closing which he was charging me $4000 much more than other lawyers I have spoken to. He claimed to be the best. I agreed to pay him the his expensive fee price almost twice as high a the average lawyer. I wasn't able to get in contact with the brokers I asked hi...m to send a Email to the buyer attorney he refused to do so. Because of his failure to help me I lost my deal deal. Then he billed me $1000 fee anyway. Attorney's always review the contract being sent out so we understand it. Even though I paid him to do so he never reviewed it with me because he said he needed to do something with his kid. I fired him for neglecting his fiduciary responsibilities to me. I emailed him over 20 times and he refused to get back to me. He has refused to return my files which he must do by law. My experience with him as his client is that his rates are extremely high almost twice the average lawyer. He left me helpless because he refused to review the contract with me. Never tried to help me get the deal done costing me $350,000 profit. Worse of all he refused to return my files when I fired him.
