Ioannis P Sipsas

Ioannis (John) P. Sipsas is the founder and principal attorney of the law firm Sipsas P.C. Mr. Sipsas has focused his practice on business law and commercial litigation. Mr. Sipsas is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts of New York.

Before practicing law, he was a chemist and worked for the United States Naval Research Laboratory and a Fortune 1000 company, where he directed research and development and product development. Mr. Sipsas received a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.B.A. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from New York University, and a B.A. in Chemistry, cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York. Mr. Sipsas is also the holder of seven U.S. patents. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Chemical Society. He is fluent in Greek.
