No. Your job cannot withhold your paycheck. Insist on receiving it and if they continue to withhold it, contact the Department of Labor.

If your position was eliminated, you should still qualify for unemployment benefits.

Unless you are in a union or otherwise have an employment contract, employers do have discretion to modify your compensation and benefits mid-year.

If you can inform them with 30 days notice, you should. If circumstances do not allow for it, then just submit he form ASAP.

The law requires you to be employed fro 26 weeks to qualify for the leave. It does not require you to work 26 weeks to apply. So, you should be...
