Eloy Abel Arcia

I hired Mr. Arcia who is an ex prosecutor after my nephew was accused of a terrible crime. The 2 other lawyers I seen before didn't want to do the case because they told us that chances were bad for my nephew. I cried so much but my neighbor told me how Arcia saved her somebody she worked with in a b...ig case so I went see Arcia. He took my nephew case and he got my nephew out of jail. Then they asked 2 years for my nephew. Arcia kept going to court for same money like a year and said no every time the lawyer for government asked for jail. He sent some investigators to see victims and investigated lot of stuff about them. After 1 year going to court the government got tired and gave up. My nephew got no jail and Arcia helped my nephew get back in school. Now my nephew is in college and never in trouble again. Arcia never charged me more because he had to work a year in the case. My nephew becomes like new person after spending so much time with Arcia. Arcia spoke so much to my nephew, my nephew has no help from his father and Arcia became like father to him. Arcia didn't have to do this but he cares for my nephew and changed his life. My nephew now is so good person. To me Arcia is best lawyer I have seen because he never stopped defending my nephew. In his office i spoke to many clients who all said Arcia is very good to them.

In 2013 I had a bad construction accident and 3 famous lawyers in Manhattan turned me down because I had signed a release that my boss and his lawyers prepared after my accident. Also they said that because I didn't fall but cut myself with a grinder I didn't qualify. I have a wife and kids. Only Arc...ia took my case. He has like 20 people and he and his workers were very nice and fought hard for me. Today we had a meeting with a judge and the insurance company lawyers. He argued like everything they were throwing at me, like my fault, like the grinder had protection, like I signed the release, that I am illegal alien and every time Arcia fought back and beat every argument. At the end we won the arguments and I got $250,000. Man I'm so happy. Arcia really worked hard for me. I wanted to cry because I didn't know someone would fight so hard for me. This is all I can tell everyone. My dad had a Green Card for many years but he had 2 terrible federal drug cases and did time in Jersey years ago. My dad was released and can stay in the U.S. When I told 2 of the lawyers who turned my father case down they didn't believe it. Man I'm telling everyone that this lawyer Arcia fought like crazy for my father and I will recommend him to everyone. This guy is not the usual big mouth lawyer taking money and doing nothing. This guy is fighter and man he wins. His lobby is always full because so many other people are trying to get him to take their case. Bless this guy

this lawyer is different from the other lawyers my friends used for immigration. This lawyer has many employees and they work fast. When my sister was arrested by inmigracion Arcia took the case and in a few days she was out. the immigration officers respected him and one police officer who spoke spa...nish told me Arcia is known as very honest, smart and that the reason sister was approved was that Arcia knows how to work with them. She said many other lawyers don't care about the clients so much. I don't have a lot money and Arcia was nice to me and I know he really cares about the immigrants like me and my sister, not money only but to help us, my sister got papers now because of Arcia and I want all people to know this lawyer is good and so nice.
