Bad for anyone

Don't not do business with these people. I went to them for help with a short sale for my house.. first off I payed them $2500, for an analysis to see if I had a chance to even try to do a modification with the bank. After that, since according to them, wouldnt qualify, they told me they could help w...ith a short sale. They took a $5000 tetainer for defense litigation to stop a possible foreclosure and another $5000 retainer for a short sale litigation. On top of that, the 3 times they had to go to court they charged me $250 separately for the appearance. The short sale never went thru because the current loan bank sold the notes to another bank and I had to start the process all over. By then a year and a half had past and Fuster ended up moving to another office without giving me any notification. After no being able to contact them via mail, calls or emails, I decided to file a complaint with the Bar association. I will soon proceed to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office because I'm pretty sure the money they took from me was never placed in a save retainer account as it is required by law, which is why they had avoided contacting me in regards. Eventually they will file bankruptcy as they did in New Jersey to try to get over on paying anything they owe to prior clients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

Horrible

Took my money, don't return my calls emails or text messages. I hired them for a loan modification and they did nothing I too have been calling for my money back and have no answers. David should be ashamed of himself and shut down.

Fuster Law - Review

Fuster law helped me get a modification with Ocwen after being behind 2 years. I was with I indymac before and I tried to modify by myself but I was denied because supposedly I had too much income. It was not true. My wife lost her job and I had to stop paying, Fuster law helped me to lower the inter...est rate of 7% to a 2%. I still cannot believe it. My 3 kids are so happy that we were able to keep the house where they were born. Thanks Fusterlaw, my family is happy because of your help. I publicly apologize with you because there were moments were I lost my temper with you and your employees because I was frustrated because the bank did not want to help me. I also thought that you were not doing anything for me. I am so sorry for that. You are the best. I recommend people to be very patient and trust in Fuster Law they really fight for you.

Great Lawyer

As a grateful client of Mr. Fuster, I am writing this post to let any person know that he and his employees are fantastic. They helped me to save my house after I thought that it was not possible. I was 5 years behind with my mortgage payments and in foreclosure. They helped me to get a loan modifica...tion. Before I was paying the bank a 7% Now I am paying 2% for 5 years and them a fix interest rate of a 3.75% for the rest of the loan. I am saving $1,500 a month. I encourage every homeowner to seek legal advise and not to try to fight the bank by yourself. I tried for 3 years by myself and the bank denied all my applications. When I when to court with one of the attorneys of Fusterlaw, I felt protected and respected. My lawyer fought for me so hard that the judge told the bank that the had to review my application and come back to the court with an answer. When we went back to see the judge, the bank brought and offer for a loan modification. I am so so happy and I ask God to bless these attorneys with wisdom to help more people like me. All of them speak Spanish and are really patient with you. Thanks Mr. Fuster.
