As trademark counsel to some of the most recognized brands in the USA and beyond, Arnie has prosecuted and protected hundreds of trademark applications in over 30 countries.

Arnie began his career as a sports litigator at Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP and has handled a wide range of complex commercial disputes.

Arnie is a court appointed mediator for the Federal and State Courts of New York handing a wide range of IP and business disputes.
