Thomas James Cooke

Thomas J. Cooke is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Cooke is responsible for handling all aspects of No-Fault Insurance litigation, including: drafting pleadings and motions; conducting trials and arbitrations; taking depositions; conducting settlement negotiations; and preparing and presenting oral arguments.

Prior to joining Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP., Mr. Cooke worked for an insurance defense firm in Manhattan. While there, he handled a large caseload covering all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, from inception of lawsuits to trial.

Mr. Cooke received a B.A., cum laude, from St. John's University in 2004 and a J.D., from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007. During his time there he helped revitalize the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration's Managed Care Ombudsman Committee and was an intern for the Legal Aid Society of the Dade County Bar Association and 11th Judicial Circuit. He was also a law clerk for the Hon. Michael Aloise in New York State Supreme Court.

Mr. Cooke is admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
