Joshua Daniel Sussman

Mr. Sussman is a Partner of Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C. and the Chair of the Firm’s litigation practice group. He represents clients in complex commercial, health care, and real estate litigation in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. He works with clients to understand their needs and resolve their disputes practically and efficiently, both inside and outside the courtroom.

Joshua represents a diverse client base in an array of disputes, including closely-held and family-owned companies and small businesses, health care providers and physicians, and real estate holding companies. His litigation practice focuses on ownership and management disputes and breakups, including dissolution, valuation, corporate books and records requests, shareholder derivative suits, and receivership, restrictive covenant litigation, commercial real estate disputes, including commercial foreclosure, commercial summary proceedings, and Yellowstone litigation, bankruptcy, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation, and prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims.
