Greg is impressive in so many ways. He won a case for me and my wife yesterday. This case was not easy and it was hard to find an attorney who would take it. Greg and his partners took it and was able to get a 3/4 million dollar verdict. He has good customer service and is focused on making you h...appy. He is able to learn NEW, complex medical malpractice issues and go toe-to-toe with defendant's lawyers during cross-examination. He conducts a lot of research to educate himself and be well-versed in new topics he has not done before. He spends time with his clients to talk through the case and talk through the damages before the case to make sure he gets a good understanding. He presents convincing opening arguments and even MORE convincing closing arguments. He has an excellent manner of summarizing a case and making a case to a jury, which makes everyone completely forget what the defendant's attorney said immediately before. He is able to come up with good questions in realtime for cross-examination. You can see when he is in the zone right before he starts asking questions – just leave him alone, and he’ll get it done. He also has a good manner of presenting his damages request to the jury, which makes sense to people. Best of all, he’s just a nice guy that’s easy to talk to – you can see it in your direct interactions with him, as well as the way he interacts with everyone in the court. He approaches the judge humbly and honestly without argument and the jury with respect, instead of coming across as if he is trying to force them to choose his side. His closing argument was mesmerizing. The room was dead silent and everyone was hooked on his words. He was able to point out the inaccurate misstatements of opposing counsel. He made no inaccurate or misleading statements in his presentation. His presentation to the jury was honest and straight. His questions during cross-examination were honest and direct, not sneaky, and not trying to get the witnesses to answer tricky questions with yes/no answers. I don’t think all lawyers can do what he did. He had a unique method for helping the jury logically see his case and was honest from beginning to end. The odds are against the plaintiff in any medical malpractice, but Greg was able to win it for us. I would recommend anyone to Greg.
