Adam Freedman Kravitz

Adam F. Kravitz is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Kravitz is an associate in the firm's Health Care Collection & Reimbursement Recovery Department. Mr. Kravitz is responsible for all aspects of the department's litigation functions including conducting trials, inquests and depositions, attending court conferences, oral arguments, hearings and mediations/arbitrations, preparation of pleadings, discovery and motions and participating in settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Kravitz worked at a firm in Mineola, NY, gaining experience in numerous areas of law, including collection matters, copyright, trademark, patent, breach of contract, and civil litigation.

Mr. Kravitz earned his B.A. in 2006 from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and his J.D. in 2009 from Temple University School of Law where he was a member of the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society. Mr. Kravitz is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and is licensed by the Federal Bar to practice in the Southern District and the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Kravitz is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
