She was suppose to handle a legal case for a family member. Had a conversation about it, gave her a retainer, she was suppose to wait until we got the documents together. Two days later we told her we were not moving forward, she refused to return retainer yet she didn't do any work. She's a scam... artist ! On another occasion, a lady died who gave her entire estate to the church, Charlene purposely has held it up for closing for 8 years now, so she can collect her 6% annual fee.
