it has been a while since Arza gave me her help in family court 10 plus years. Love or hate her she is an honest person and tries her best to help you if you're willing to listen. The Suffolk County system is made to break you, fortunately three judges have a special place in hell Whelan Bean and Fre...undlich . The family court system is a no win unless you are rich or connected. Arza will let you know the truth weather you accept it is up to you.

The law isn't an easy area to be in. I read the poor review of someone who had Arza as I assume a child attorney. One has to understand that they can only go by the facts presented, proof. They have not lived in your life. I was grateful the court appointed Arza for me. I see she is spread thin, ...but if you allow she offers great advice and aid. The courts want to protect the children, and face it there are ALOT of cases on their docket. There seems to be a protocol. I found Arza to be a great blessing, but she is my Guardian due to a traumatic brain injury. Please look at it this way, G-d blessed both parents with children, they should have the freedom to love both parents equally, unless there is abuse. Fighting in front of your children is abuse, this is what they learn. What you exhibit in front of your children will stay with them all their lives. As parents we are to protect our children. No parent is perfect but when it comes to our children step up, be the better parent don't tear them a part and make them choose. They shouldn't have to. Again unless there is abuse. I love Arza, she is knowledgeable and very much appreciated.
