Fabrice Kervny Michel

Fabrice Michel is the founder and managing attorney of Michel Law, a boutique litigation firm based in Great Neck, New York. The firm represents individuals and families across Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the New York City metropolitan area in matrimonial law, Article 81 guardianship, estates and trusts, and real property litigation.

Mr. Michel's practice emphasizes complex matrimonial matters involving high-net-worth marital estates, closely-held businesses, and significant retirement and investment assets. He represents clients in contested divorces, custody and parenting time disputes, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, with a strong preference for negotiated resolutions where possible and a readiness to litigate when the circumstances require it.
