Jacob Alexander Tuckfelt

I went to see Jacob Tuckfelt on a consultation visit and he spent we'll over the required hour with me and really listened to my needs and everything I had to say. He was very courteous, kind, and above all else professional. He gave me advice of what was best for me and not best for him. I would ...recommend Jacob to anyone going through Child custody, Mediation, or Uncontested divorce. He was great and I would definitely hire him.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! The average person doesn't get married to get divorced but unfortunately, you never really know someone until you divorce them. But, if you have someone like Mr. Tuckfelt and his entire staff in your corner, you can rest assured that you are in the right han...ds. Mr. Tuckfelt's knowledge of the law, ethics and professionalism is above reproach. From the first moment I met him and told him what was important to me, he made sure that became our shared goal. He advocated for me at every turn and made a terrible situation bearable. He was never too busy for me; he responds to phone calls and emails in a very timely manner and if he could not get back to me, someone from his very knowledgable and professional staff would get back to me with his thoughts and opinions. Some attorneys thrive on making a contentious situation worse; if your goal is to "screw" your ex, Mr. Tuckfelt is not that kind of attorney. He is a honest, "no-pushover", bulldog who will tell you the brutal honest truths and fight like **** for you. Every time we had to go to court, he was well prepared with reasonable and fair arguments that were well supported with prior case law. I have recommended Mr. Tuckfelt to others and will continue to do so without any reservations.
