Mediation
After consulting with another law firm, we found out that they could not begin our mediation for several weeks and the cost was higher than we had anticipated. I reached out to Jake and he was able to start the process almost immediately and for a reasonable sum. Throughout the process Jake remained objective and patient while giving us an accurate picture of what litigation would entail if mediation were to break down. There were a few tense moments but with Jake's help, we were able to see the process through to the end. I am wholly satisfied with the resulting agreement and would highly recommend Jake's services to anyone who finds themselves in a position where mediation is an option.

Guardianship for my father
Unfortunately my father left no power of attorney defined and later through diminished capacity was unable to take care of his own financial and personal needs. Jacob Tuckfelt was instrumental in obtaining guardianship over my father. With the legal guardianship I was able to resolve some medical insurance issues as well as take care of some financial issues for my father.

Very Professional, thorough and caring !
Jacob Tuckfelf is a great attorney, I had the pleasure of watching him in action in the courtroom and I was highly impressed, then my attorney of that time follewed his appearance on a separate mater, she was lackluster and the Judge walked all over her. It was at that moment I knew who was going to be my next attorney, I’m happy to say, Jacob has since than repesented me several times on my divorce and custody maters in both family and superior court. Quick and Easy Resolution
I recently went through the separation of my marriage and Mr. Tuckfelt did a great job walking us through the process and making sure we were both aware of all of the issues at hand. We didn't have a lot to divide but we were under a tight timeline with other issues and Jacob and his staff made it a good process.

I hired Jacob Tuckfelt to deal with Mechanic's Liens against my property, which should have been against my Builder, however, after hiring Mr. Tuckfelt, he went into action and vigorously defended me. He was prompt in his responses to me and kept me in the loop the entire time. He is an Excellent Attorney and his staff is very pleasant. Great Attorney ...
Mr. Tuckfelt represented me in a divorce. Through the entire process, he kept me informed and not wondering. He made sure I understood the law and all issues pertaining to my case. He responded to all correspondence promptly and answered all my questions. He advocated diligently and firmly, but without being excessively adversarial. The outcome was a fair settlement without harming the relationship; there were children involved so maintaining the relationship with my ex wife was extremely important. Mr. Tuckfelt did not waste my money. Mr. Tuckfelt was money well spent!

I went to see Jacob Tuckfelt on a consultation visit and he spent we'll over the required hour with me and really listened to my needs and everything I had to say. He was very courteous, kind, and above all else professional. He gave me advice of what was best for me and not best for him. I would recommend Jacob to anyone going through Child custody, Mediation, or Uncontested divorce. He was great and I would definitely hire him.
