A case that was gift wrapped for him by his own client (2 years in the making) and he still couldn’t be bothered to lift a finger to file subpoenas for witnesses in order for sufficient evidence to be submitted. A case which he had for MONTHS and he waited until 2-3 wks before trial to call the clien...t. The only work that he put in was calling his client to tell him “hey, I’ll get you your 5 minutes, but you aren’t going to win”. Well when you don’t do the job you took an oath to do, whether pro-bono or not, how can your client expect to. Such a disappointment.
