I was charged with felony DWI in Rockland County. I heard horror stories about how this would impact my life. He was able to get the charge knocked down to a lesser offense and because of that I was able to keep my job, and will be able to get one again if I needed to. Once it is sealed, outside of very limited instances prosecutors, lawyers, the public, etc., will not be able to access the file My day in court went better then expected.
