A warm and caring lawyer known for his success with medical malpractice cases and construction accidents, Steve Hymowitz is experienced in serving people who need help, but who do not have the resources to fight the big insurance companies on their own. When accidents happen, people want to get their lives back on track as quickly as possible. However, there are dozens of ways in which insurance companies try to stonewall and drag out the process. Says Steve: “Our response is to keep the pressure on them. We are determined and we never let up.”
Steve views his law practice as a way to balance the scales of justice for seriously injured accident victims. He states, “Every year, there are numerous medical malpractice and accident cases in our region that are never brought because people do not know their rights or they are hesitant to try because they feel that the odds are stacked heavily against them. Our firm reaches out to those victims. We are here to go after the insurance companies and make sure that they adequately compensate you.”
At some workplaces, construction workers are literally putting their lives on the line every day. When workplace safety rules are violated, as they too often are, the results can be devastating. Steve tries to make sure that the immediate and long-term financial needs of the injured worker are addressed.
Steven is an avid golfer and tennis player, and enjoys the outdoors, often on long walks with his dog Bushee. An active member of two synagogues in his community, Steve is also extremely active in various charitable functions.
