Thank you, Scott!

Having had an injury at work and being told by a judge that I needed a lawyer as the Worker’s Compensation Board doesn’t care about me. I searched for a lawyer. Many lawyers told me they would take my case, when I stopped working. I have a family to support. My life changed that day. On four differen...t occasions maintenance was verbally informed that the floor was not safe. It was corrected approximately 10 minutes after I rolled my ankle herniating a disc in my low back, rolling my knee and ankle laterally. A family member had used Scott Frendel and told me he was great and I should call him. Scott has been working with me since 2014 on this Workman’s Compensation Case. When other lawyers wouldn’t take my case he did, he is that good. Scott was able to help by giving me great advice and guidance. He and his team Daniella Pascaru, Sara and Wanda where patient and guided me through the process to help me win my case. They answered all my questions. Trusting them and following their directives definitely helped us to win this case. Thank you all. Bonnie

Excellent at what he does- helped with Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation

I am extremely grateful for the outstanding legal representation provided by Attorney Scott D. Frendel in navigating both my workers' compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He worked tirelessly to ensure I received the benefits I rightfully deserved. I've been dealing with NY workers ...compensation for over 20 years. I had previous lawyers represent me, but they never seemed to interested in what I needed. What sets Scott apart is his commitment to keeping me informed every step of the way. Scott is not only highly proficient in the legal intricacies of disability and comp cases, but they also maintained open communication, keeping me updated on the progress and answering every question I had. He was always in my corner which provided me immense comfort during one of the most challenging times of my life. Securing Social Security Disability benefits was not as easy a process as I thought it would be, especially during covid times, but his persistence and thorough approach ultimately led to success. I am constantly amazed that when he tells me a timeframe for what ever step we are at, whether it be 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year, I can count on it being accurate. Additionally, as my workers' compensation case nears its conclusion, I am confident in their ability to secure a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Scott D. Frendel and Braunfotel & Frendel LLC to everyone in need for their exceptional legal services. His unwavering advocacy and genuine concern for my wellbeing has made him someone I trust to navigate the complexities of workers' compensation and Social Security Disability law.

Worked on my workers comp case

Worked on my workers comp case and I never had to worry about anything! He handled everything from getting all my bills covered right up until my settlement with very little effort on my part. Hopefully will not have to, but would definitely use him again if need be and would highly recommend him!

Excellent attorney for my workers compensation case

Scott has been working on my case since 2013 after I sustained a serious workplace injury. From the moment he started working with me I knew he was an excellent attorney. He was very knowledgeable and fought for me through the entire court process, and has won on every level. I was very impressed wit...h his style and intelligence. Because of the seriousness of my injury, Scott was able to win me a settlement granting me workers compensation payments for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Scott to anybody that needs a great attorney. He is the best that I know of.
