I would just like to say I don't know how anybody could give this terrific lady a bad review. My review was a little overdue and I apologize for that but I must say this woman is a BEAST in the courtroom. Not only did she start out taking my son's case with a big favor for us she went to trial with ...my son and it was not an easy trial and she won. I never seen her not working to find new evidence to help in my son's case. My son and I really just wanted to thank her for everything she did for him and is continuing to still do for him. Thank you Beth you're the best

I met Ms. Finkelstein when I consulted with her on a family matter. She took her time with me as I was emotional during our consult and answered all of my questions. I followed Ms. Finkelstein's advice and ended up not needing to hire an attorney, but if I did she would be the one to hire. I have an...d will continue to recommend Ms. Finkelstein to any family, friends or anyone who may need some Legal help.

I called Ms. Finklestein’s office to discuss an important matter and to ask for advice/representation. I spoke with her assistant who said she’d call me back. She didn’t call for a week so I tried again. Same thing. “I’ll give her the message”, her assistant said. Again, another week went by with... no call back. On my third call I actually did get a call back. When I spoke with Ms. Finklestein, she rapid-fire asked me a bunch of seemingly irrelevant questions without letting me get a word in to describe the help I needed. The call lasted only a few minutes and I asked if she could advise me. She gave me what I assume is the standard reply in this office “I’ll call you back”. Well, surprise, she didn’t call me back and my motion return date passed. She really hurt me badly through her negligence and I professionalism. I advise all to stay away to avoid the same.
