Barbara Lynn Gionta

I hired Barbara Gionta when I was unfortunately confronted with a CPS case. Barbara was amazing on both a professional level and a personal level. This was one of the darkest times of my life, as my Mother had also just been diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. Barbara always went above and beyond for me d...uring the 8 months that we were in and out of Court. She would call after hours or on weekends to discuss matters. If I would email her I always got a response promptly, even if it was on a weekend. There was never a time that I could not reach out to Barbara and know she would be there. Barbara is extremely knowledgable in Law, and although what I hired her for is not really her background she still knew exactly what to do, what not to do and did tons of research to fight my case. Barbara would take the time to meet with me and give her legal advice, but at the end would fight and fight hard for what her client wanted. Barbara is the most dedicated, hardworking Lawyer who truly cares and shows compassion toward her clients. I have and will continue to recommend Barbara to any family, friends or anyone who may need some Legal help. Barbara is not only fantastic at what she does, but she is an all around wonderful person.
