Mr. Alden Smith has been our Condo lawyer for several years. I have been on the Board of Managers for the past year and a half. He has taken an active role in providing our Condominium with the most accurate and thorough legal advice and in particular has informed us about Condo rules, By-laws, an...d practices. If you are looking for an excellent Lawyer, Alden is your guy! Alden is our lawyer for our Condos. We have had numerous issues all of which Alden is very knowledgeable of and very resourceful! Without out his dedication I don't believe we would be in as great a shape as we are today! Alden always... makes time for his clients, whether it be quickly responding to an e-mail (or many), providing phone consultations, and even makes himself readily available for office visits.
