So grateful for Michael Sussman and associates. It’s hard to write a review for a man who doesn’t like to receive compliments but I think it’s necessary to write it anyway. From day one of inheritance of our case Michael Sussman seemed to see through to the end and to our success. He used law and ...fact to protect our civil rights that had been aggressively violated. This is the man you want on your side when fighting for what is right. His office was always welcoming to me as a mother of two young children. Regarding what people say about him not responding to emails I have to say that I learned that when anything was necessary to receive a response or if he had something to say then her would respond immediately. He always told me that write what ever I wanted and that writing is good so sometimes when he would receive my long trains of thought or my “pretending to be a lawyer” as he called it I knew that he would not respond but that it was 1.good for me to get it out of my head and 2. He did read it. This is a very busy man defending many people on our community whom I respect tremendously. A lawyer does have to be a good & fit working together through a stressful situation can have moments of ups and downs but in the end Michael Sussman defended my civil rights and protected us from a smoke and mirrors charge. Anyone can charge you for anything and really try to mess up your life so having a good lawyer is extremely important, if he will take your case then you are in fantastic hands. Good luck with what ever you are going through if you are reading this. Have faith and know your truth!

Michael Sussman represented me during my employment dispute with a NYC executive agency. I did nothing wrong except to find massive fraud ignored by the employer. I was actually paid , received salary increments while I moved over two hundred miles away and stayed at my home during my nominal work ho...urs for nearly 4 years. There was and still is an active revolving door between the employer and indigent health care contractors, which encourages official misconduct. Mike was superb at cross examination. The CTO was also a pornographer forcing him to leave one state agency to my employer. On cross by Mike all the charges were rebutted. The decision of the Arbitrator was I should be returned to actual employment with inclusive payment of all salary and accruals taken from me.

Became angry when asked the hard questions, especially about his comingleing with the people I was sueing, and others that would undermine my case. Continuously threatened to quit when asked about inappropriate relationships with the opposition. After my case was dismissed for QUESTIONABLE REASONS, r...efused to bring it to Supreme Court on appeal without giving 10k , in addition to the 17 k already giving him. NOT RECOMENDED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATION!!!
