He is a certified police instructor and has been teaching at the Rockland County Police and Public Safety Academy since 1998 and the Orange County Police Chiefs Association Police Academy since its inception. He teaches police officers, supervisors, and in-service personnel various areas of law. Additionally, he has undergone training by the Division of Criminal Justice Services as a Counter-Terrorism Instructor.
Mr. Schuh graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 1999. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Northern District of New York and Western District of Oklahoma. He is also a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Legal Services Plan.
