While in Thailand I spoke to 3 different visa businesses before talking with a representative in Roberts employ. It was always difficult to understand the process because they didn't speak english very well and the translation, done by my wife, was little assistance because she isn't fluent. We alw...ays left with my wife expressing her doubts about the legitimacy of those businesses. I hired Robert Virasin in 2018 to help my fiancée and her daughter get immigrant visas for entering the USA. After contacting a few other Bangkok lawyers and reading their reviews, I went with my gut and hired Robert. He had a practical approach, was easy to talk with, and didn't over-promise on resu...lts. Robert and his staff worked directly with my fiancée (who lived up-country, well out of Bangkok) by voice and messages in her native language to help her assemble the documents necessary; when it was time for police reports and medical exams, Robert and his staff handled it completely and gave my fiancée all the assistance and direction she needed. Prior to the interview, they prepared her with what to expect. It kept her comfortable throughout the process, and kept me from having to scramble to help her with preparations along the way. Frankly, they were able to do a much better job at it than I could have done, especially from the USA. Our case had some minor difficulties to overcome, and a deadline to meet for getting the visas. Robert's experience prevailed, we had no delays, and in fact we ended up getting the interview and visas about 3 weeks earlier than the original estimate. I will continue to use Robert for our upcoming Adjustment of Status filing, and I highly recommend him.

I approached Mr. Virasin with my immigration case. We are a same sex couple seeking a K-1 visa. We had been denied once and were facing a second denial. We received a NOID (notice of intent to deny) on the second application. We were told by many people that this is almost impossible to overturn.... I used a different attorney for our first K-1 attempt. That did not go well. I was searching for someone special this time. Someone with knowledge of the system.
