Ms. Kreisberg has handled 2 residential purchases for us. Both were incredible in terms of what she was able to accomplish in the deals, structures and economic advantages. Unlike the other two reviews posted I can’t agree. She’s tough aggressive and puts the client first. Have known her since... 1979 and if you’re looking for a dam good Attorney would recommend her highly.

I was referred to Carol by the realtor I was working with. When I first met Carol she explained how she had many years of experience in real estate and continued by saying if we worked together she would help to make the process painless. I was trying to get my very first home so, naturally I had man...y questions. I did not retain Carol and did not sign any documents for her to represent me. Carol was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The purpose of this feedback is to prevent someone else from having the same horrible experience that I did. Carol insisted that I signed a contract without first reviewing it. This was a significant purchase, possibly the biggest purchase I I would of made in my life. So I insisted on reviewing on understanding the contract and each time she refused. On our last phone conversation I explained to her that I will not sign any documents without first reviewing and she got frustrated and HUNG UP the phone on me. When I called my realtor to inform her of Carol's behavior and how I felt she needed to apologize, my realtor said " does a doctor apologize for killing a patient". At that point I felt like neither of them was looking out for my best interest and could not work with people that I did not trust. Carol then sent me a bill for $1400 dollars for services that she did not render. Needless to say I ended up not getting the house and will need to start the entire process once again.

Carol Kriesberg is absolutely unprofessional. She was unresponsive, constantly rude. Didn't follow up with proper paper work which held up the closing of the house. She was very argumentative when asked questions. She made the purchase of the house a very upsetting and complicated process. She didn't... follow up with the closing documents on the house 3 months after the house purchase. We had to acquire another attorney to work with her to try and get appropriate documents even after she was already paid in full.
