Attorney Servodidio made multiple mistakes while handling a probate matter for myself and family. Documents were also misplaced. I do not recommend using him under any circumstances. This review is based on first hand knowledge and personal experience. In addition, to making many mistakes Attorney S...ervodidio does not return phone calls or emails in a timely manor. He has also been known to cancel appointments five minutes before they are supposed to start by leaving vague messages on our home phone.-- Not our cell phone-- which means we were forced to drive all the way to his house/ office only to be met with a locked door and no one answering the door. This is not professional behavior nor is it fair to working families who have children and have to take time off from work.
