Explained the problem on the phone. She promised to call back in 10 min. She did not call at all. Late in the afternoon next day I visited the office. She didn’t recall talking to me and promising to call back. During my explanation, she didn’t seem to be with it. Had to repeat myself. She made ...a promise to contact the offender. Late the following day when I contacted her, she stated she didn’t have time to deal with my problem. More likely, she was incompetent. I believe she did not have the responsibility to follow up on promises. Her conduct was not typical of a lawyer, I had to chase her to get a response. Lastly, she has a record of loosing her license and I missed that information when I searched her record initially. Bad experience that lost two of my days of work.
