I used Alan as my attorney when selling a house for sale by owner. Selling on my own was tricky enough so having a good lawyer was essential. Right from the start Alan was very responsive to my many (and I mean many) questions. We ended up going through two buyers (and two contracts) before selling t...he house. Price-wise I found Alan to be a good deal. We came right in where he said we would even though I know my sale was a bit more complicated than most (on top of the fact he had to draft two contracts). He explained the whole process thoroughly all the way up to the closing. I would definitely recommend using him for any legal work you need done, especially anything real estate-related. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with my experience.
