We used Joe for our purchase of a condo in 2016 and he was simply fantastic. He was always available and went above and beyond to provide information to me. We're now selling the condo and while I thought Joe was great before, dealing with my new guy has shown just how far above other attorneys his... work ethic is. I decided to use another attorney who was recommended by my realtor because I was unable to get in contact with Joe. Boy has this been an eye opener. Joe stands head and shoulders above this guy in personality, professionalism and responsiveness. I keep wanting to ask this guy to send me a bill for his services provided to date and look for Joe again. I expect to buy another place within a year or two and will DEFINITELY be looking to hire Joe again. This current experience has left me with PTSD about hiring anyone else.

Joe helped us on our house closing this year. He was exceptionally responsive and detail oriented. Joe knew that timing was important for us because we were trying to move before the start of school, and he pushed the process through in record time - all while being available 24/7 to deal with our ...many questions. He's also a great guy to deal with personally. I would recommend him to anyone.

Joe was great. Always there to pick up the phone and let you know where you are in the process of buying or selling your home. Made me fee comfortable throughout the process and always had an answer for all of my questions. He let me enjoy being a first time homebuyer and never made me feel as if ...I was being overbearing.
