What can I say about Mr. Cuevas. I will always be eternally grateful for helping me with a painful situation. He was so kind and supportive of me. God Bless Him always for getting me through and resolving my bankruptcy issue.

Carlos was patient, and very helpful with my bankruptcy process. it took approx 2 years for me to finally be cleared of debt, but Carlos was with me every step of the way. Well worth the wait, I can now start my life over debt free.

I was involved in a pressure situation due to the actions of a very large insurance agency. They were threatening to close down my business to collect on a debt which my company did not owe. Even after we proved that the inflated debt was calculated on faulty data, they continued to send harassing letters, demands for payment and finally the Marshall. Mr. Cuevas stepped in and was able to offer a simple, effective solution that none of the other lawyers I spoke with had even suggested. He stopped the action with one visit to court. The whole case will now be revisited before a judge so that the evidence we have gathered can be produced and a final decision in our favor is not far off. We were only days away from having a business which took me 35 years to build shut down. Mr. Cuevas is sharp, professional and every bit as good as Avvo states. Probably even better.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Mr. Cuevas is an outstanding bankruptcy lawyer who is a master at strategy and implementation. I have relied upon his advice in several cases in formulating or adjusting my own strategy for the case, and often discuss bankruptcy matters with him on novel and upcoming issues in the law. I highly recommend him for individual and business bankruptcy clients.
