Biography
For more than 40 years, I have assisted clients in the resolution of Family Law issues. My background includes hosting "Radio Lawyer" and writing the newspaper column "Please Be Advised". I am co-author of "Divorce Q&A: Answers to Questions About Divorce, Equtable Distribution, Maintenance, Custody and Child Support" (rev. 2013).
I am an experienced mediator and arbitrator, having served as a member of the arbitration panels of the New York City Civil Court and the American Arbitartion Association. I have been continuously listed in "Who's Who in American Law" since 1983.
