Great lawyer I highly recommend him if you’re in New York State I got a 100 speeding ticket in a 65 mile zone and Esq Chapnick got my ticket reduced to a 80 From a 100 EIGHT (8) point violation (mandatory $450 Driver Responsibility Assessment, in addition to the $693 fine and surcharge, recorded as... a "serious traffic offense" on your record), was reduced to VTL 1180d 80/65, a FOUR (4) point violation. The sentence of the court was a $197 fine and mandatory $93 surcharge for a total $290.
