My original charge of VTL 1180(b) Speeding 88/55, an EIGHT (8) point violation (mandatory $450 Driver Responsibility Assessment, in addition to the $693 fine and surcharge, recorded as a "serious traffic offense" on my record), was reduced to VTL 1202(b)(2), a ZERO (0) point parking violation.
