I can’t thank Matt enough for all his help. I was involved in the trouble and charged with a Felony last summer. I was innocent and had never been in legal trouble in my life. Being arrested in outside of my home country (I am not a US Citizen and came from a very safe country), I was scared and thou...ght it would ruin my life forever. I hired Mr. Perrone for a DWI charge I was facing in a small town court in Westchester County. I already had a previous DWI and the prosecution would not come off anything less then a criminal conviction and DWI probation. Apparently this was made worse by the fact that I had refused any type of bl...ood alcohol tests mainly due to the behavior of the police. Mr. Perrone recommended we take the case to the pre-trial hearings stage. During these hearings he attacked each of the prosecutions witnesses with the ferociousness of a lion attacking its prey. After all was said and done I ended up with no probation, no criminal conviction and no interlock device.
