Attorney Kelly helped clear up all the issues we had with a previous trust documents along with a deed for the house. His assistance helped us get the land records straightened out with the Westchester County clerk's office that we had tried numerous times to resolve unsuccessfully. The previous ...legal firm in NYC had put together a very complicated trust which involved a QTIP Marital Trust and Family Trust that were inappropriate for our needs. Attorney Kelly greatly simplified the document and corrected mistakes they made which affected placing the house into the trust. This also helped clear up the mistakes the previous firm had made which affected the land records with the Westchester County Clerk.
