Eric Jason Gottfried

Eric Gottfried is a founding Member of Gottfried Law, PLLC. Mr. Gottfried brings to Gottfried Law, PLLC the valuable knowledge of both law and business management he gained when he previously co-founded two separate and equally successful law firms. His practice focuses on the areas of Automobile Accidents, Slip/Trip and Fall Accidents, Medical Malpractice Claims, Construction Accidents, Other Complex Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Internet Litigation.

Eric Gottfried is admitted to the Courts of New York State as well as being a member of several United States District Courts. He has been a guest lecturer on topics like Civil Litigation and New York Legal Practice at Baruch College and New York Technical College. He has also given Continuing Legal Education lectures at the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Gottfried has been prominently featured in local and national media and was praised by SuperLawyers Magazine and has been named one of New York Metro Area's Super Lawyers for the last five years. Mr. Gottfried is highly regarded in the legal community for his aggressive approach to litigation coupled with the ability to equitably resolve legal matters.

Eric Gottfried obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University and was awarded his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
