Great Quality Work

Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful on all aspects of the pre-nup process. Many items which we thought were "okay", actually had ramifications we had not thought of, and were addressed accordingly. Mitchell was fast to turn items around and precise.

Made the Prenup Process Easy

I highly recommend Mitchell Cohen for anyone looking for a family lawyer. He helped me with my prenup on a very tight timeline before my wedding and was incredibly attentive, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything and walk me throug...h the legal language, making sure I understood it all along the way. Most importantly, he made sure my best interests were protected and that I felt comfortable with the agreement. I’m so grateful for his help.

Highly recommend!

Our family had an urgent and time-sensitive legal matter where the separation agreement and divorce paperwork had to be completed within 2 weeks. Mitch was extremely attentive with the gift to see the big picture as well as the fine details. Mitch was very calm, composed, professional, caring, and ...thorough with all the necessary paperwork as well as the family dynamics of our aging father. I would highly recommend Mitch to anyone for matrimonial matters.

Perfect Divorce Representation

Would recommend Mitch Cohen without any hesitation or equivocation -- he handled my complicated and potentially volatile divorce perfectly. I came to him wary of lawyers, in general, and found him to be expert on a range of matters -- very capable of calming my unwarranted concerns while at the same... time pointing out areas that warranted greater attention. A terrific coach without becoming a "therapist". Exceptionally sensible and efficient w/ his time -- I never felt the "clock" running inappropriately; not for a second. Greatly exceeded expectations in all parameters. I really didn't know it was possible to find a divorce lawyer of his calibre.
