Mr. Green has been affiliated with three Westchester County law firms since 2002 on an “of counsel” basis, and maintains a private law practice, Law Offices of Timothy A. Green. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law in 2001. Since February 2002, Mr. Green has been admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New York and the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Green is a full-time civil litigator with a focus on matters such as personal injury, matrimonial and family law, contract disputes, real estate disputes, construction litigation, insurance disputes, discrimination, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, legal malpractice, declaratory judgment actions and Article 78 proceedings, just to name a few.
