Suzanne Elizabeth Volpe

Together with members and other associates in the firm, Suzanne Volpe provides General Counsel services to numerous public school districts and municipalities in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Nassau Counties, NY.  Ms. Volpe provides advice to boards of education and school district administrators regarding all aspects of school district operations, including contract matters, issues related to educational programs, student disciplinary hearings and matters regarding students with disabilities. She represents school districts in litigation before administrative tribunals and both federal and state courts, as well as in appeals to the Commissioner of Education.  On behalf of the firm's municipal clients, Ms. Volpe prosecutes local court enforcement matters and offers counsel regarding same. 

Ms. Volpe joined the firm in 2008 after serving as an agency attorney intern at the Administration for Children’s Services of New York City.
