He misses crucial deadlines, gives excuses as to why he doesn’t return your phone calls, messages or emails, makes requests for extensions on deadlines he’s al...ready missed!! HE WILL TAKE MONEY UNDER THE TABLE AND LOOSE YOUR CASE!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM PERIOD! He owes money to CHILD SUPPORT, he hasn’t paid rent to his office space in years, he owes everyone money! He’s a leech and a liar! You’ve been warned!

Richard St. Paul filed a Civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ss 1983 for myself and three other plaintiffs which was dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute and abide by court orders pursuant to Federal Rule of Civill Procedure 41(b), or in the alternative, failure to state a claim under Fed...eral Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) because of his negligence and misrepresentation. This order was entered on September 8, 2014 and as of yet (March 1, 2015) Richard St Paul has not contacted me to inform me of this decision of which I had to find out about on my own. Through out this whole ordeal Since November of 2009 it has been almost impossible to communicate with him. He neglected and misrepresented my case by not complying with court orders and ignoring several warnings by the court that the case would be dismissed if he did not meet deadlines set by the court causing myself and three other plaintiffs any relief for violations of our constitutional rights. I would never recomend him to anyone. My experience with him has been the worst ever with an attorney. He never returns calls, is almost impossible to contact and lied to me on various occasions. If he handles all of his cases the way he handled mine, I truly don't know how he has managed to keep a license to practice for so long.
