Had a GREAT experience working with Peter Spino on the estate sale of my Aunt's house. There were many glitches along the way with our buyer, as legitimate problems came up with the house. Peter kept things moving forward. Other lawyers I interviewed wanted to chat me up about unrelated details. I lo...ved how straight forward, brief, clear, and profession Peter was, both in the interview, and throughout the process. He simply does all that needs to be done quickly and throughly. He also was constantly thinking ahead to avoid problems. There were no hidden costs, even with what I am sure was a more difficult closing than is usual.
