I am not sure it touches all of us, but many will understand that life circumstances can turn in an instant and suddenly what was once the home that personified your success, becomes the very asset that you most unload. In late 2015, Largely due to a producer ignored Non Compete in our west coast bu...siness operation ... I was facing millions in lost revenue for my firm. I needed to sell my 1,200,000 home right away...It wasn't the right time. Underwater, having reduced my own salary by more than 50%, I needed someone to get me through the maze of problems that awaited me. Peter saw me through all of the correspondence with a calming confidence and I will be forever grateful for his guidance through such a stressful time. We had buyers, and we lost buyers, we had threats from banks and threats of foreclosure... but in the end... Calm minds prevailed and I was able to short sale my home and save my self from a foreclosure.
