The Best.

No one better in Westchester county. Period. Saved both my life and the lives of my children.

Best Divorce Lawyer in NY

Mitch fought hard for me for over 2 years! He got me everything I wanted and more. He knows the law and is 100 times smarter than any attorney that’s in the court room. He dominates in the courtroom. Those calling Mr. Leiberman “disgusting” and “an awful human” must not have listened to his advice.... He can be controlling and unpleasant at times but I didn’t pay him to be my best friend. I hired him to win in court! Don’t let your spouse contact him first. It won’t be pretty if he is on the other side. Mitch is the man!

Lies, all for money

Destroyed my family and took tens of thousands of dollars. Couldn’t care less how he destroys families.

Great Attorney

I found myself in a difficult position after my first attorney was not prepared and did not show up. Mitch cleaned up the mess and delivered a great resolution for me. He truly had my back during a horrible process.

Disgusting human being

Does not care about anything other than billing outrageous fees, and doesn’t worry whether his client winds up paying them or his oppositions client. Makes no attempt at settling. Prefers not to settle, just bill, bill, bill. Lies blatantly. Bad human being. Destroyer of family, zero conscience, an a...nimal. He should be disbarred. Fights with other attorneys, his own clients. On his 3rd firm within 2022-2023.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
