During my 341 meeting I did not disclose an asset. My lawyer is swearing I never told her about it?. I did. What should I do?

I believe you asked this question before but even if not, if the attorney is not responding you do need a new lawyer.

You already did. Send your attorney the documentation on the missing asset and he or she will file an amended schedule(s) reflecting the asset.

Sounds like you did your homework. The debt should be dischargeable and included in your case.

Most judges will not allow 2 cases to be open at one time. You can file the Chapter 13 case as soon as your Chapter 7 case is closed by the Court....
