At 1st glance he appeared very professional and knowledgeable. But he consistently missed deadlines and in 1 instance his office missed the filing of affidavit of service. Which required us to to get an order from the court for late approval. Further delaying the case and costing us money. Furthermor...e, he wasn't aware of the back real estate taxes that where due on the property we were foreclosing on. This almost whipped us out had it gone unnoticed by us and went to a tax lien sale. The above mentioned behavior is unacceptable at $200/hr. But at $440/hr that John charges is just absurd. Furthermore, in an email his justification for his hourly rate was the length of time he worked and the city in which he operated. Quite contrary to my belief that compensation should be based on merit and knowledge.
